Return & Exchanges

Customers can return ordered and received items without incurring additional charges or fees under the following conditions:

1. The received items do not match the ordered items in terms of article, picture, and size.
2. The items to be returned must not have been used or unsealed. Items must be in complete condition and in the same state as when received (including, product packaging, and payment proof).
3. The received items are defective or damaged.
4. Items can be returned within a maximum period of 3 days after receiving the products.
5. Customers are allowed only one exchange for purchased products.
6. Customers must have proof for the exchange/return process (Shipping Receipt, Purchase Receipt, Unboxing Video, etc.)
7. Upon receiving the items, customers must perform an Unboxing Video. Without Unboxing Video will result in the inability to make a claim if the received items are defective, damaged, or if  the quantity of items received is insufficient.
8. For the return process, it is mandatory that the return address matches the address used for the initial purchase.
9. Kimiakiosk has the right to reject return/exchange requests for goods
